Terms and Conditions
There are five ways to register to an event:
- By telephone: You can call us at 1-877-895-2867 or 1-613-702-0339
- By fax: Fax your completed registration form to 1-613-702-0339
- By email: Completed registration form can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
- By mail: Complete and print your registration form and send it with your cheque or money order payable to MAGentix Communications Inc. to the following address:

*Please send the registration form and the cheque or money order 5 days before the conference.

MAGentix.ca accepts registrations that include a cheque or money order covering the session fees up to 5 days before the date of the activity. Registrations by credit card will be accepted until the beginning of the training. As soon as your payment is received, our cancellation, substitution and reimbursement policies apply. Access to the training materials will be made available during the course of the workshop.
Registration – Early Bird Discount
MAGentix.ca is offering a 10% discount to whom register at least four weeks before the event. The deadline is indicated on the electronic form. These prices do not include 13% HST which will be applied to the fees.
Group Rates for a two-day training
Group rate (3 to 5 people) $340 + HST = $384.20 per person
Group rate (6 to 9 people) $330 + HST = $372.90 per person
Group rate (10 or more) $320 + HST = $361.60 per person
Full time students can receive a 10% discount before the calculation of HST. Proof of student status is required. Please contact us for discount.
Receipts – Event Confirmation
Participants registered through our Internet site will receive a receipt once the transaction has been completed. Participants who register by mail will receive a confirmation by email if we have your email address, otherwise a receipt will be mailed or submitted during the training session.
