Living a Soulful Life in a Soulful World
Thomas Moore, PhD
October 27, 2018
10:00am – 3:30pm
Saint Paul University, Ottawa

According to traditional teachings, soul makes us deeply human and unique persons. It allows us to be intimate with the people around us and with everything we do. It is found at home, in family, among friends and in nature. It needs attachment, rather than detachment, and yet it fosters a deep and very human kind of spirituality.
This workshop is for anyone looking to deepen their experience of life, have a sense of purpose and meaning, and find ways to be creative. It will speak to being married at a time when relationships can be challenging and to raising children in a cool, often disorienting world. It also addresses the effort to find the right work and to age with deep satisfaction.
